A Therapeutic Weekend with Kristin Bosteels

Sign up for individual sessions or the whole weekend.

Schedule

Relax Deeply

Friday, August 7
5:30-7:30pm

Relax Deeply invites you to leave the stresses of the outside world behind and surrender to the present moment.

This session will be built on a series of restorative poses, designed to release tension and promote profound relaxation. Throughout the class, you will sink deeper into a state of calm by embracing the stillness within.

Healthy Backs

Saturday, August 8
1-4pm

Your spine is the central pillar of your body, and this session is dedicated to nurturing and strengthening it.  We will explore a variety of backbending poses that encourage strength, flexibility, improve posture, and stimulate the energy flow along the spine. We will focus on stretching the front body including the hips, thighs, abdomen, and chest.

This will create more space and ease, making backbends feel more accessible and supported. Embrace this session with an open mind and a willing heart, and let the transformative power of backbends enhance your spine's health.
