Yoga on the Inside is a therapeutic approach to yoga that supports healing across all layers of being. Rooted in the teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, it emphasizes a balance of softness and strength while guiding students inward into a meditative, embodied experience.

Join Kristin Bosteels on August 8 for an extended practice focused on supporting spinal health and relieving tension throughout the back body.

Supporting the Spine

Saturday, August 8
1-4pm

$75

Your spine is the central support structure of the body, and this extended practice is devoted to cultivating its health and resilience. Together, we'll explore a thoughtful progression of postures designed to support the low back, upper back, and neck while improving posture, mobility, and overall ease.

Particular attention will be given to backbending actions that encourage strength and flexibility throughout the spine, as well as opening the front body—including the hips, thighs, abdomen, and chest. By creating greater space and support in these areas, students can discover a more comfortable and sustainable relationship with backbending and upright posture.

Drawing on decades of study and experience in therapeutic yoga, Kristin's teaching supports healing across the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic layers of being. Through thoughtful sequencing, individualized guidance, and an inward, meditative approach to practice, students are invited to develop a deeper relationship with their bodies and their capacity for ease.

Open to all levels. Students working with injury, chronic pain, or specific health conditions are warmly welcome.
