Yoga on the Inside is a therapeutic approach to yoga that emphasizes structural alignment, embodied awareness, and a balance of strength and mobility.
This extended class is devoted to the health of the spine. Together, we'll explore practices that support the low back, upper back, and neck, helping to relieve tension, improve posture, and cultivate a greater sense of ease throughout the body.
