In our treatment room, Natalie offers facials, facial massage, and other Ayurvedic therapies. Her work draws from training in Ayurveda, herbalism, and manual techniques, and is rooted in respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Through warm oils and intentional touch, each treatment supports balance, radiance, and a more connected relationship to the skin.

    This session utilizes the ancient bronze Ayurvedic beauty tool known as Kansa. Kansa helps to support the skin’s microbiome, move lymphatic fluid, increase blood flow, reoxygenate the tissues, align the energy body, soothe the mind, and uplift the mood.

  • Experience a deeply relaxing, head-focused warm oil treatment for the scalp and hair.

    Champissage, or “Champi,” is a traditional Indian head massage that stimulates the scalp, softens the hair, and soothes the body and mind — leaving you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed.

  • Buccal/Intra Oral massage (with Natural Face Lift only)
    20 minutes / $80

    In this therapeutic technique the massage is focused on releasing tension in the cheek, deep jaw and neck muscles. Gloves are worn by the practitioner and the massage is experienced both within the oral cavity (mouth) and on the surface of the face. This technique brings blood flow to the area, releases muscular tension, soothes discomfort and may help reduce TMJ symptoms.


    Facial Marma Therapy (with Pure Bliss Ayurveda Facial only)

    Marma are energy points (much like reflexology points in TCM) located throughout the body. During a Marma focused session, a number of points associated with mental and physical wellness are stimulated, cleared, soothed and balanced through gentle therapeutic touch.
